摘要
目的建立鱼腥草注射液的定量指纹图谱分析方法,用于鱼腥草注射液的质量评价。方法采用气相色谱程序升温的方法进行色谱分离,使用"2009版中药色谱指纹图谱相似度评价系统"进行数据处理,对不同批次的鱼腥草注射液指纹图谱的相似度进行比较分析,并对指标物质进行含量测定。结果不同批次鱼腥草注射液相似度较好,但特征峰的含量差别较明显。结论采用GC方法控制注射液的指纹图谱,方法重现性好,用于鱼腥草注射液的质量评价切实可行。不同批次鱼腥草注射液化学组成相似,其相对比例较稳定。
Objective To establish quantitative chromatographic fingerprint of houttuynia cordata injection by GC for quality control of houttuynia cordata injection. Methods A temperature programming gas chromatography(GC) was applied in chromatographic separation,and data were analysed by "Computer Aided Similarity Evaluation"software to evaluate the quality of houttuynia cordata injection samples from different batches. Results Samples from different batches were of high similarity. Conclusion The GC fingerprint method is repeatable,feasible in analysis of houttuynia cordata injection and can be used in quality assessment of houttuynia cordata injection.Chemical components in houttuynia cordata injection samples from various batches are similar,and their ratios between each other are stable.
