摘要
目的:观察活血灵片预防骨科大手术后深静脉血栓形成(DVT)的临床疗效和安全性。方法:将本院行骨科大手术的60例患者随机分为治疗组与对照组各30例,治疗组口服活血灵片、对照组皮下注射低分子肝素钙注射液预防2周,比较2组DVT的发生率、所花费用和出血风险相关事件发生情况等。结果:2组DVT发生率比较,差异无显著性意义(P>0.05)。2组预防DVT所花费用、出血风险相关事件发生率、术后伤口引流量分别比较,差异均有显著性意义(P<0.05)。结论:活血灵片具备口服方便、无需监测、价格便宜、抗凝效果确切,不增加出血风险等优点,具有较好的临床疗效及安全性。
Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy and safety of Huoxueling tablets in preventing?deep venous thrombosis(DVT) after major orthopedic operation.Methods:Sixty patients after major orthopedic operation were equally randomized into treatment group and control group.The treatment group was given oral use of Huoxueling tablets and the control group was given oral use of low-molecular heparin calcium for two weeks.The DVT incidence,the fee for preventing DVT,and the incidence of related risk of bleeding events(postoperative drainage,bleeding complications,etc.) were compared in the two groups.Results:There was no significant difference of DVT incidence between the two groups(P > 0.05),but the fee for preventing DVT,the incidence of related risk of bleeding events,and the postoperative drainage volume from the wound were decreased in the treatment group as compared with the control group(P < 0.05).Conclusion:Huoxueling tablets is effective and safe in preventing DVT after major orthopedic operation,which has the advantages of cconvenience in oral use,unnecessary for monitoring,lost price,and having certain anticoagulant effect.
