针药结合预防人工膝关节置换术后下肢深静脉血栓形成30例 被引量：15

摘要 目的:观察针药结合预防人工膝关节置换术后下肢深静脉血栓形成的疗效。方法:分针药组和西药对照组两组治疗,进行下肢深静脉彩色多普勒超声检测,观察血栓发生率;同时进行血小板计数、疼痛视觉模拟评分(VAS)。结果:针药组与对照组相比,在血小板计数、VAS指数,以及下肢深静脉血栓形成有明显的差异(P<0.05),预防下肢深静脉血栓方面优于对照组。结论:针药结合可以加强活血祛瘀的作用,提高预防术后下肢深静脉血栓形成的疗效,并改善术后临床症状。
