摘要
本文讨论了热处理(包括高温电晕充电,常温电晕充电后的老化(或退火),以及充电前的淬火)对高聚物薄膜驻极体材料的电荷贮存稳定性的影响。根据固体介质的能级理论和从热处理引起材料物性变化的角度,阐明了热处理对驻极体材料改性的结构根源。
In this paper the influence of heat treatment (including ageing or annealing after corona charging at high temperature and corona charging at normal temperature as well as quenching before charging) on the stability of the charge storage of electret material of high polymer film is described. According to the theory of energy level of solid-state dielectric, and the standpoint of the change of material physical properties caused by heat treatment, the structure sources of the change of properties of electret material caused by heat treatment are explained.
