摘要
黄骅港一期6 000 t斗轮取料机自2000年投产,由于设备运行时间较长、作业量大,并且运行环境相对恶劣,多台取料机分别出现了斗轮转速缓慢,甚至卡死不转等情况,本文分析了原因并提出解决方法。
The first-phase 6 000 t bucket wheel reclaimer at Port of Huanghua was put into service in 2000. Due to long operation time, large workload, and relatively serious operational environment, certain problems of several bucket- wheel reclaimers occurred such as the bucket-wheels rotate slowly, or even stuck, etc. the paper analyzes the causes and puts forward the solutions.
