摘要 随着人们节能环保意识的不断提高,能耗作为主要指标在大型臂式斗轮堆取料机产品的竞标中所占份额逐年增大。本文在充分分析液压系统能耗影响因素的前提下,从降低系统功耗和提高系统效率两方面入手,融入节能设计理念,对效率较低的各主要机构液压系统进行分析研究,从而实现了大型斗轮堆取料机液压系统的节能降耗。 With continuous increasing of people' s energy-saving and environmental protection awareness, energy con- sumption takes up more and more share in thd competitive bidding for large-scale boom-type bucket-wheel stacker/reclai- met. The paper analyzes the factors affecting the energy consumption of the hydraulic system, with research on main low-ef- ficient hydraulic systems from reduction of system power consumption and improvement of system efficiency to incorporation of the energy-saving design concept, in order to realize the energy-saving and consumption reduction for large-scale bucket wheel stacker/reclaimer.
