摘要
从规划控制指标、规划效益和土地利用变化情况3个方面构建评价指标体系,采用多因素综合评判模型对实施至2012年的邵武市土地利用总体规划进行评价。在此基础上,分析规划实施存在的问题,对规划实施评估及修改提出了建议。
An evaluation index system was established from planning control indicators, planning effect and dynamic change of land use. The land use general planning of Shaowu City was evaluated by using multi-factor comprehensive evaluation model. On the basis of this, the exist- ing problems of planning implementation were analyzed, and some suggestions for the evaluation and modification of planning implementation were put forward.
