复发性成釉细胞瘤的相关因素分析 被引量：3

摘要 目的探讨成釉细胞瘤复发的原因。方法分析2003—2012年间收治的33例复发性成釉细胞瘤患者的发病部位、X线表现、手术方式和病理分型同肿瘤复发的关系。结果所有患者均获随访,随访时间2～9年,平均6年。复发患者的原发部位均在下颌骨,均为保守性手术治疗患者,X线表现多为多囊型(51.5%),病理分型多为滤泡型(63.7%)。结论手术方式是成釉细胞瘤复发与否的决定性因素,X线和病理诊断可以为手术方式的选择提供参考。
