乳腺癌干细胞在乳腺癌转移中作用的研究进展

摘要
转移是乳腺癌的基本生物学特征，研究认为肿瘤干细胞是肿瘤转移过程中的决定性因素。乳腺癌干细胞与细胞外基质之间的作用，在乳腺癌干细胞趋化、迁移并进入循环，乳腺癌干细胞免疫逃避及其归巢等过程中起着重要作用。文中就乳腺癌干细胞在乳腺癌转移中的作用进行综述。
