摘要
业务外包风险对图书馆危害较大,为识别和防范风险,该文分析了图书馆外包中存在的四种风险,指出了规避外包风险的程序,从外包商、外包合约、监管制度及评估考核等方面论述了图书馆规避外包风险的策略。
The risk of outsourcing causes enormous harm on library management. In order to identify and prevent the risk, this paper makes analysis on the four kinds of risk that exist in library outsourcing and then indicates the risk control program and aversion strategies from aspects including outsourcing pro- viders, outsourcing contracts, supervisory system and evaluation.
