Neuronavigator-guided microsurgery for the resection of intracranial tumors

摘要 目的探讨应用神经导航辅助显微外科手术切除颅内肿瘤的作用方法采用VectorVision神经导航系统、以显微外科技术切除215例颅内肿瘤,分析导航定位的准确性及与疗效的关系结果215例颅内肿瘤,全切除209例(97.2%)、次全切除6例(2.8%)。出院时患者症状明显改善186例(86.5%)、无明显变化27例(12.6%),死亡2例(0.9%)应用VectorVision的注册准确性为(1.95±0.54)mm,持续准确性为(0.65±0.32)mm。结论使用VectorVision神经导航系统,在术前可制定详细的颅内肿瘤手术计划,术中可辅助显微手术动态地追踪瘤体,手术定位准确、可靠,有利于颅内肿瘤的全切除并降低手术并发症。 Objective To evaluate the effectiveness of neuronavigator-guided microsurgical surgery for the resection of intracranial tumors. Methods A total of 215 patients with intracranial tumors underwent microsurgical treatment under the Vector Vision neuronavigator to estimate the extent of the tumors. The treatment effects were summanzed and the neuronavigational accuracy was discussed. Results In 215 patients, total tumor removal was achieved in 209 cases (97.2%) , subtotal removal in 6 cases (2.8%). The neurological (functions were improved obviously in 186 patients (86.5%) ,unchanged in 27 (12.6%) ,and death was in 2 (0.9%). For Vector Vision,mean fiducial error (MFE) and sustained accuracy (SA) were (1.95±0.54) mm and (0.65±0.32) mm repectively. Condusion They are reliable and accurate in making microneurosurgical plans for intraeranial tumors by using Vector Vision navigation systems. And it can provide dvnamic tracing of the tumor in the microsurgical operation and guide the manipulation. This teehnique helps total removal of the intracranial tumors and a decrease in surgical complications.
