摘要
目的 研究盐酸氟桂利嗪辅助治疗癫痫疗效。方法 192例癫痫患者在卡马西平或丙戊酸钠治疗至少 3月后 ,添加盐酸氟桂利嗪活治疗 ,口服盐酸氟桂利嗪 5mg ,每晚 1次 ,共 3月。结果 添加盐酸氟桂利嗪治疗后 ,发作次数明显减少 (P <0 .0 1)。总有效率 47.3 % ,丙戊酸钠组有效率 5 9.8% ,卡马西平组有效率 37.1%。丙戊酸钠组明显优于卡马西平组 (P <0 .0 1)。结论 盐酸氟桂利嗪辅助治疗癫痫有效 。
Objective To analyze the effect of sibelium in patients with epilepsy.Methods Sibelium was used as an add on therapy (5 mg, pernight, 3 months) in 192 patients who had been receiving carbamazepine or sodium valproate at last 3 months.Results Seizure frequency was significant decreased after adding sibelium(P< 0.01). The total effective rate was 47.3%. The effective rate was 59.8% in sodium valproate group while it was 37.1% in another. The effective rate in sodium valproate group was better (P<0.01).Conclusion Sibelium as an add on therapy for epilepsy is effective. It is better in sodium valproate group than in carbamazepine group.
