摘要
分析了发动机机油标尺上的手柄橡胶堵的结构及技术要求,介绍了压制成型工艺要点,阐述了压制成型模的设计及主要零件加工方法。实践证明,模具结构紧凑合理,工作可靠,零件成型质量好。
The structure and technical requirements of handle rubber plug of lubricating oil dipstick were analyzed. The key points of the pressing moulding process were presented and the design and manufacture methods of the mould were also stated.
