摘要
介绍了电缆硅橡胶户外终端主体的结构特点及成型工艺难点,完成了橡胶注射成型模结构设计,并着重介绍了模具浇注系统、排气系统及成型零件设计。
The structural characteristic and technical difficulties in molding the silicone rubber main body of an outdoor cable terminal were described. A rubber injection mould was developed in which the feeding system, exhaust system and design of molding parts were mainly investigated.
