摘要
随着经济发展和科技进步,社会竞争越来越激烈,为适应市场发展的需求,高校培养出来的人力资源管理专业学生应当是兼备专业技能和实践经验的复合型人才。本文分析了人力资源管理专业实践性教学应用沙盘模拟实验的必要性,然后指出了在教学过程中遇到的问题和应对策略,以期为人力资源管理教学提供参考。
Along with the economic development and progress of science and technology,social competition become more and more fierce,in order to adapt to the requirement of market development,the colleges and universities to cultivate the students majoring in human resource management should be interdisciplinary talents with professional skills and practical experience.Human resources management professional practical teaching is analyzed in this paper the necessity of application of sand table simulation experiment,and then point out the problem in the teaching process and strategy,so as to provide reference for teaching human resource management.
