地铁与城市应急网TETRA系统互联互通研究 被引量:4

摘要 针对地铁与城市应急网,陆上集群无线电(Terrestrial Trunked Radio,TETRA)系统互联互通的需求,阐述了互联互通带来的漫游通话组数量和终端用户数量不再受限制、节约投资及有效利用资源等优势。在此基础上,对互联互通面临的2项技术挑战,即漫游控制与资源管理进行了简要介绍。针对漫游控制,分别提出了使用场强控制、用户机类别控制和有效站点等解决方案。针对资源管理,提出了使用信道优先矩阵(APM)的手段对互联互通的资源进行管理。最终实现了根据业务需要多种方式灵活控制漫游与高效资源配置和管理的目的。 To address the emerging interconnection need between Metro Radio Network and Government Emergency Radio Network,the author analyses the benefit such as unlimited talk-group,no constraint on terminal number,effective investment management and frequency utilization which can all come with the radio network interconnection.Besides that,the solutions used to deal with the two interconnection challenges(roaming control and resource management) have been presented here.These solutions are: to realize roaming control,the combinations of several methods,such as signal strength control,subscriber class,valid site and APM,have been used in different situations.Also,to achieve the effective resource management,APM has been used as a solution to manage the radio channel.By all above methods,a radio management capability,which can effectively control the roaming and flexibly manage the resource according to the communication service requirement,can be achieved finally.
