摘要
对桢楠(Phoebe zhennan)种子在萌发过程中丙二醛(MDA)和氧自由基(ROS)含量以及超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性进行了测定,以了解这些生理指标在种子萌发过程中的变化趋势。结果表明:SOD活性在种子发芽过程中呈上升趋势,当发芽完全后出现下降,之后趋于平缓;MDA和ROS的含量变化则相反,从种子吸胀开始到开始发芽,一直处于下降趋势,而在后期有上升趋势,并趋于平缓,这说明在桢楠种子萌发过程中SOD发挥了重要的作用,降低膜脂氧化程度,促进种子发芽。
Determinations were conducted on content of malonicaldehyde(MDA),oxygen free radicals(ROS) and superoxide dismutase(SOD) activity during the process of germination of Phoebe zhennan seeds.Results showed that the activity of SOD increased with germination,and stabled after germination,while the content of MDA and ROS decreased first and increased later.The determinations concluded that SOD played an important role in reducing the degree of membrane lipid oxidation and promoted seed germination.
