摘要
论述高校设置重点学科资料室的必要性。指出重点学科资料室对重点学科课题研究方面的作用包括保障功能和服务功能2个方面;为了更好地发挥这2个功能,资料室工作人员肩负双重职责,既要参与研究课题的全过程,又要做好文献保障服务;而且,随着参与程度的提高,深化资料室文献保障与服务功能的需要更迫切。
The paper discusses the necessity of setting up reference room for key discipline in university, and points out that the roles of reference room in key subject research include safeguard function and service function; in order to better play the two functions, reference room staff＇s duty is double, i.e. not only participating in the whole process of research project, but also doing document safeguard and service well; moreover, the more they participate in, the more urgently the reference room deepens document safeguard and service functions.
