摘要
以人为本是科学发展观的本质和核心。本文通过对天津科技大学重点学科读者文献信息需求的调查和分析,提出了以人为本构建高校重点学科文献信息保障体系的方法与对策。
The human - oriented idea is the essence and core of the scientific concept of development. Based on the investigation and analysis of reader＇s document demands of key disciplines in Tianjin University of Science ＆ Technology, this paper puts forward some methods and countermeasures to construct safeguard system for document information of key disciplines in colleges and universities based on the human- oriented idea.
