摘要
水润滑橡胶轴承在一些环境下有无可比拟的优越性,但在使用中其摩擦噪声是不可避免的技术难题。本文首先对轴承噪声特性分析,对轴承摩擦影响因素进行分析并进行大量试验验证,从而为设计低摩擦水润滑轴承,提高水润滑轴承振动噪声性能提供参考。
Water-lubricated rubber bearings have a lot of superiorities in a certain environment but the noise issue can't be avoided. In this paper,the theory of bearings noise generation is analyzed first,then a series experiments are designed to find disciplinarian between correlative factors and noise generation.
