摘要
主要研究锂电池薄膜缺陷图像特征提取技术。将锂电池薄膜缺陷图像分类,分析缺陷的灰度特征、几何特征、投影特征、纹理特征,通过选择不同特征参数进行识别,分析识别结论,选取鲁棒性强的缺陷特征值。
This paper focuses on feature extraction techniques from lithium battery film defect image.The defect is divided into bright scratches,dark scratches,Leakage foil.air bubble,feculency and pinhole,the de- fect geometric feature,projection feature and texture feature analysis of the defect image are analyzed and robust defect feature is cheesen by choosing different parameters.
