摘要
对基于Web的宁夏农林科学院农业科技人才评价管理系统进行了研究,针对实际人事管理中的需要,分析了农业科技人才管理流程,采用B/S结构模式,利用.NET技术,通过ODBC数据源访问数据库,开发出一套基于Web的宁夏农林科学院农业科技人才评价信息管理系统。
A research was conducted on the web-based evaluation management system of agricultural science and technology talent in Ningxia Academy of Agriculture And Forestry Sciences. Aiming at the actual needs of personnel management, a web-based evaluation information management system of agricultural science and technology talent in Ningxia Academy of A- gricuhure and Forestry Sciences was developed on the basis of an analysis of the agricultural science and technology talent management process adopting B/S structure model, using .NET technology and access to the database through the ODBC data source.
