哮喘患儿骨密度、骨代谢及肾上腺皮质功能的糖皮质激素吸入治疗影响探讨 被引量：1

摘要 目的:探讨哮喘儿童长期应用糖皮质激素后骨密度、骨代谢和肾上腺皮质功能的变化情况。方法:支气管哮喘儿童56例和体检正常儿童50例分别行骨密度,血清钙、磷、碱性磷酸酶,24h尿游离皮质醇含量测定与比较。结果:哮喘组患儿治疗后平均骨密度(0.63±0.05)g/cm2,对照组(0.62±0.06)g/cm2,无统计学意义(P>0.05);两组骨代谢指标及腺皮质功能指标比较也无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:长期吸入糖皮质激素治疗哮喘对儿童的骨生长无明显影响,具有较好的安全性。
