摘要
目的了解秦皇岛地区艾滋病自愿咨询检测(VCT)工作状况,为进一步提高VCT工作质量提供依据。方法通过网络直报信息系统下载秦皇岛地区2009—2011年所有咨询检测点上报的咨询个案及人类免疫缺陷病毒(HIV)抗体初筛结果,并进行统计分析。结果男性求询者所占比例大于女性求询者,年龄以20～39岁为主,婚姻状况以已婚有配偶居多。2009年以有非婚异性性行为史求询者比例最大,2010—2011年以商业异性性行为史居多。男性求询者中有男男性行为史者比例逐年上升,分别为8.90%、15.08%、16.00%。3年抗体检测率分别为0.16%、0.13%、0.31%,求询者类型中检出率前3位的是配偶/固定性伴阳性史(4.55%)、男男性行为史(2.17%)、注射毒品史(2.02%),在所有HIV抗体阳性者构成比中,有男男性行为史者最高,占75.00%。结论秦皇岛地区VCT工作中HIV抗体阳性检测率较高,男男性接触者人群阳性病例逐年增多,VCT咨询宜加强此类人群的宣传工作。
[ Objective ] To understand the status of HIV voluntary counseling and testing （VCT） service in Qinhuangdao area from 2009-2011, provide a basis for further enhancing the quality of VCT work. [ Methods ] The data of VCT cases and results of HIV preliminary screening in Qinhuangdao area from 2009-2011 were collected through the national HIV/AIDS direct reporting network system, and were analyzed statistically. [ Results ] The male enquirers were more than female enquirers, a major of enquirers were people aged 20-39 years old. Most of the cases were married and had a spouse. People with unmarried heterosexual sex behavior ac- counted for the highest percentage in 2009, while the commercial heterosexual sex behavior was the main reason for counseling from 2010-2011. The proportion of MSM behavior to male enquirers increased from 8.90% in 2009 and 15.08% in 2010 to 16.00% in 2011. The positive rate of HIV antibody in preliminary screening was respectively 0.16%, 0.13% and 0.31% in the three years. The top three types of enquirers in positive rate were positive history of mate/stable sex partners （ 4.55% ）, MSM behavior （2. 17% ） and drug injection （2.02%）. Among all of those who had positive results in HIV screening test, people with MSM be- havior accounted for the highest percentage （75.00%）. [ Conclusion] The positive rate of HIV antibody is high in VCT service in Qinhuangdao area. HIV/AIDS cases have increased year by year among MSM population, so VCT service should strengthen the publicity and education in this population.
