摘要
目的调查临床护士在工作中特质焦虑状态与职业倦怠的关系。方法采用问卷调查法,随机对重庆市南川区人民医院177名临床护士的特质焦虑与职业倦怠状况进行调查分析。结果临床护士特质焦虑与职业倦怠之间存在相关,同时职业倦怠3个维度之间存在相关。特质焦虑与情感衰竭和去人格化维度呈极其显著的正相关(P<0.01),个人成就感与情感衰竭和去人格化维度存在显著的负相关(P<0.05),去人格化与情感衰竭之间存在显著的正相关(P<0.05)。结论临床护士在工作中特质焦虑状态与职业倦怠有关联,当特质焦虑达到一定程度,会导致情感衰竭及去人格化,同时伴有个人成就感减退。
[ Objective] To investigate the relationship between trait anxiety and job burnout in clinical nurses. [ Methods] By using questionnaire survey, 177 clinical nurses in Nanchuan People's Hospital of Chongqing City were investigated for the situation of trait anxiety and job burnout. [ Results] There was a correlation between trait anxiety and job burnout in clinical nurses, while the corre- lation was found among three dimensions of job burnout. Trait anxiety had significant positive correlation with emotional exhaustion and depersonalization (P 〈0. 01}, personal accomplishment had significant negative correlation with emotional exhaustion and de- personalization ( P 〈0. 05), and depersonalization had significant positive correlation with emotional exhaustion ( P 〈 0. 05 ). [ Conclusion] The trait anxiety is associated with job burnout in clinical nurses. Once the trait anxiety reaches a certain level, it can cause emotional exhaustion and depersonalization, accompanied by lower personal accomplishment.
