摘要
阐述了高校实验室技术安全工作关联的人员、空间、时间、事项和法规政策,并逐一分析了上述关联事项的范围及特点。在此基础上,探讨了从归口管理部门、建立并施行三级责任制、建设一支工作队伍等3个方面构建高校实验室技术安全管理体系。
This paper systematically explains the staff , space , time, events, regulations and policies that are connected to the laboratory technology safety work in colleges and universities. And then this paper analyses the scope and characteristics of these influencing factors. At last, the system for laboratory technology safety management in colleges and universities is designed from the following three aspects： the centralized management departments, establishing and implementing three-level responsibility policy and organizing a working team.
