摘要
目的 :研究雷公藤多甙对大鼠脾细胞GCR的影响。方法 :用雷公藤多甙处理ADI和ADX大鼠以及体外培养的大鼠脾细胞 ,检测大鼠脾细胞GCR、cAMP、对PHA的增殖反应和血浆CS。结果 :雷公藤多甙能升高脾细胞GCR数量、cAMP浓度、降低PHA的增殖反应和升高血浆CS浓度。结论 :雷公藤多甙降低大鼠脾细胞对PHA的增殖反应可能与升高GCR有关。
Aim To study the effects of TWP on glucocorticoid receptor in rat splenocytes.Methods Adrenal-intact and adrenalectomized rats and rat splenocytes in vitro were treated with TWH.The glucocorticoid receptor,the cAMP concentration,the profileration function to PHA in the rat splenocytes and serum corticosteroid concentration in the rats were examined.Results TWP was able to increase the glucocorticoid receptor content and the cAMP concentration,and to suppress the profileration function to PHA in rat splenocytes.TWP was also found to increase serum corticosteroid level in adrenal-inact rat.Conclusion The increase of glucocorticoid receptor content of TWH may be corrected with suppressing the profileration function of rat splenocytes to PHA.
