摘要
基于煤矿安全生产风险功能域、对象域、时间域集成的管理模式，采用管理模式评价的效用工程方法，以组织集成效用为核心指标，从业务流程集成效用、目标要素集成效用、信息集成效用三个维度，给出了风险集成管理模式的效用工程评价方法，通过H公司7家煤矿的实例评价，验证了风险集成管理模式的有效性。
Based on the integrated management pattern of risk management which is combined with time, target and safety producing domains, Utility Engineering Method has been adopted to evaluate the effectiveness of organization as the core integration from three dimension： effectiveness of integrated process, object and information, providing the utility engineering method to integrated risk management, which demonstrates the validity of integrated risk management by evaluation on seven coal mines of H compames
