摘要
目的 :继承中医小儿推拿手法中的摩腹揉脐 ,并加以改良。方法 :观察组采用改良方法治疗婴幼儿腹泻 80例 ;对照组 80例 ,用药物治疗 ,观察72h腹泻停止时间。结果 :两组总有效率比较 ,有明显差异 ,P <0 0 1。结论 :该方法与药物治疗相比 ,降低了病原菌的变异和耐药菌株的产生 ,避免了药物而致的毒性反应 ,操作简单 ,取材方便 ,疗效显著。
Objective:We have modified chinese traditional abdomenal massage method ,and spreadit.Method :Observationgroup ,80 cases diarrhea ,treated with modified method ;Control group ,80cases, treated with medicine.Result:Comparethe two groups for their curativerate,they have significant difference P <0 .0 1.Conclusion :Modified massage method can lower bacteria variance,prevent production of resistant bacteria and toxi creaction of me dicine,easy to manage,and convenient.
