摘要
目的:探讨健脾止泻汤联合思密达治疗婴幼儿秋季腹泻的临床疗效。方法:将80例患儿随机分为2组,每组40例。对照组予病毒唑注射液加思密达散剂,并酌情给予补液,维持水、电解质及酸碱平衡。治疗组在对照组治疗基础上,用健脾止泻汤加减治疗。观察2组大便次数、性状及量、其他临床症状、疗程,判定治疗效果。结果:治疗组显效率和总有效率分别为77.5%、95%,对照组为42.5%、75.0%。结论:健脾止泻汤联合思密达治疗婴幼儿秋季腹泻,可明显改善临床症状,缩短病程,提高疗效。
Objective： To verify clinical effects ofJianPi ZhiXieTang and smectite powder in treating infantile rotavirus enteritis. Method： All 80 cases were randomly divided into two groups, 40 cases each group. The patients in the control group were given with virazole injection and smectite powder, fluid supplementation, maintained water-electrolyte and acid-base balance. The treatment group received modified JianPi ZhiXieTang. The times, properties and amount of stool, other symptoms and the course of treatment were observed to assess curative effects. Result： Effectual rate and total effective rate of the treatment group were 77.5% and 95%, higher than 42.5% and 75.0%. Conclusion： JianPi ZhiXie Tang combined with smectite powder in treating infantile rotavims enteritis could improve clinical effects obviously, shorten the courses and raise clinical effects.
