摘要
目的 :研究新生儿出生体重与产前保健的关系。方法 :随机抽取1989年 1月至 1998年 12月住院正常分娩新生儿的 10 %共 15 95例。结果 :经动态分析测定的体重资料 ,新生儿体重平均每年递增速度为 0 6 93 % ;经等级相关进一步分析 ,新生儿体重随年代递增 ,逐年增加 ,相关系数rs =0 85 4,rs0 0 1(9) =0 794,P <0 0 1有高度正相关关系。结论 :10年中新生儿体重呈增长趋势。预测到 2 0 0 5年 ,新生儿出生体重均数可达 3414 12 g。随着产前保健各项措施逐步完善和加强 ,可以明显提高新生儿生长发育的水平。
