摘要
目的研究探讨康惠尔水胶体敷料在Ⅱ-Ⅲ期压疮护理中的临床应用效果。方法将我院收治的50例压疮患者按随机数表法均分为两组,对照组25例采用传统碘伏和TDP光照治疗,实验组25例采用康惠尔水胶体敷料护理治疗。结果经过4周护理治疗,实验组压疮愈合时间短、直接护理时间少,敷料更换次数和并发症的发生率均低于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);实验组总有效率为92%,高于对照组60%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论水胶体敷料在临床压疮患者的护理中疗效显著,值得推广应用。
Objective To study the clinical effect of comfeel hydrocolloid dressing for II -III phase pressure sores patients care. Methods 50 cases of patients with pressure sores were admitted to our hospital,all patients were randomly divided into two groups： the control group（25 cases） taken traditional iodophor and TDP light care treatment, the experimental group（25 cases） treatment with comfeel hydrocolloid dressing. Results After four weeks treatment, the experimental group pressure sores healing time, direct care time, the number dressing changes and incidence of complications were lower than the control group, the difference has statistically significant （P〈0.05）, the total effective rate of experimental group was 92%, higher than 60% in the control group,the difference has statistically significant （P〈0.05）.Conclusion The hydrocolloid dressing can play a good effect in clinical pressure sores patients,is worth of widely applied.
