摘要
目的探讨改良高压氧面罩在无创呼吸机中的应用效果。方法选取2015年3月—2016年9月使用无创呼吸机的100例患者,随机将其分为试验组和对照组,每组50例,试验组通过讨改良高压氧面罩进行无创呼吸,对照组只佩戴呼吸机面罩,评价两组的使用效果。结果试验组的动脉血气分析结果与对照组对比,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);实验组的鼻面罩舒适度、面罩的未破损率、口鼻面部压疮情况均优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论改良高压氧面罩可提高使用无创呼吸机患者的鼻面罩舒适度,改善患者的呼吸情况,减少口鼻面部压疮的发生,有利于患者的治疗。
Objective To study the effect of modified hyperbaric oxygen mask in noninvasive ventilator. Methods From March 2015 to September 2016, 100 patients with noninvasive ventilator were randomly divided into experimental group and control group. Fifty patients were randomly divided into experimental group and control group. The experimental group was treated with hyperbaric oxygen mask for noninvasive respiration. Wear a ventilator mask to evaluate the effect of the two groups. Results The arterial blood gas analysis results of the experimental group were compared with the control group, the difference Was not statistically significant （P〉0.05）. The experimental group of nasal mask comfort, mask damage, mouth and nose pressure ulcers better than the control group, the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion The modified hyperbaric oxygen mask can improve the comfort of nasal mask in patients with noninvasive ventilator, improve the respiration of patients and reduce the occurrence of mouth and nose pressure, which is beneficial to the treatment of patients.
