摘要
乳腺癌新辅助化疗是局部晚期乳腺癌的标准疗法,但由于受到不同个体对化疗反应性差异的影响,新辅助化疗往往达不到预期的效果。目前中医药协同化疗治疗该病已取得一定进展,可以提高化疗疗效,改善患者预后。通过文献查阅,从分子生物学角度出发,探讨中药对乳腺癌新辅助化疗的调节作用。
Neoadjuvant chemotherapy of breast cancer is the standard therapy for locally advanced breast cancer. However, different individuals have different reactions to the chemotherapy so that neoadjuvant chemotherapy can seldom achieve the expectant effect. Up to now, traditional Chinese medicine combined with chemotherapy has made some pro- gress in treating the breast cancer. It can promote the curative effect and improve the patientrecovering. By studying the literature of science and technology, we discussed traditional Chinese medicine neoadjuvant chemotherapy for breast canc- er in term of molecular biology.
