摘要
用 10μmol· L-1的百草枯 ( Paraquat)和 2 mmol· L-1的 H2 O2 对盐泽螺旋藻( Spirulina subsalsa)作预处理 ,以诱导提高藻细胞内超氧物歧化酶 ( SOD) ,过氧化氢酶 ( CAT)和过氧化物酶 ( POD)的活性 ,随后用 4 0 mg· L-1的 Pb2 +进行胁迫试验 .实验结果表明 ,预处理组的藻细胞生长量和光合速率的下降幅度明显较未预处理组小 ;预处理组的 SOD,CAT活性虽有衰减 ,但与未预处理组相比仍保持较高的水平 ,有效地抑制了藻细胞内 O-·2 和丙二醛 ( MDA)的积累 ;预处理组 POD活性的升幅介于未预处理组和正常生长的藻细胞之间 .可以推断 ,诱导提高藻细胞抗氧化的能力 ,有利于减轻 Pb2
In this research Spirulina subsala was firstly pretreated by paraquat (10μmol·L 1 ) and H 2O 2 (2mmol·L 1 ) to induce its antioxidant enzymes, then were treated under Pb 2+ stress (40mg·L 1 ). The results showed that the decreases of both growth yield and photosynthesic rate of pretreated Spirulina subsalsa were less than those of the non pretreated. Although the activities of SOD and CAT were also decreased, they were higher than those of the non pretreated, and they inhibited the accumunation of O -· 2 and MDA effectively. The range of POD increase was between those of the non pretreated and the control. It could be concluded that induction could increase the antioxidant capacity, and could help Spirulina subsala resist Pb 2+ 's toxity.
