不同种类赤霉素对试管棉纤维伸长生长的影响 被引量:2

摘要 用棉花胚珠切块诱导愈伤组织 ,将其转入含不同种类的赤霉素或同种赤霉素不同浓度的 BT培养基中 ,经悬浮振荡培养使分化为游离的纤维细胞。发现大部分愈伤细胞可分化为纤维细胞 ,在适当的 p H(p H5.0 )条件下 ,GA3 、GA4 及 GA4 + 7均可促进纤维细胞伸长 ,其中以 GA4 + 7效果最为显著。每一种赤霉素 ,对纤维细胞的伸长作用均存在一最适浓度 ,低于此最适浓度时 ,纤维长度随浓度提高而增长 ,而高于此最适浓度时 ,纤维细胞的伸长效果不明显。 In the process of our test of cotton tissue culture with cut ovules,most of callus cells derived from cotton ovule pieces can be differentiated into fiber cells in BT culture media containing different kinds or different concentrations of GA.It is found that GA 3,GA 4 and GA 4+7 all can promote elongation of fiber cells at suitable pH(pH5.0) and there is always an optimum concentration of GA(GA 3,GA 4 or GA 4+7 )suitable to promote elongation of fiber cells.When the concentrations of GA 3,GA 4 or GA 4+7 are lower than the optimum,the fiber length can be increased along with increasing of concentration.But when they are higher than the optimum,their effects on elongation of fiber cells are not marked.It is also indicated that GA 4+7 is the most efficient among three hormones used for promoting elongation of fiber cells.The test results are analysised and discussed.
