摘要
目的:探讨中心静脉压(CVP)在急性心肌梗死(AMI)合并泵衰竭治疗中的作用。方法:32例AMI并发泵衰竭患者,男性20例,女性12例,年龄40～82岁。急性前壁心肌梗死合并泵衰竭23例,急性下壁心肌梗死合并泵衰竭9例。心功能Killip分级,Ⅳ级11例,Ⅲ级17例,Ⅱ级4例,住院期间监测CVP变化情况。结果:患者急性呼吸困难发作前CVP较病情稳定时有明显升高(P<0.05)。结论:CVP监测是一项简便易行又安全性很高的血流动力学监测手段,可以作为AMI并发泵衰竭患者治疗中的监测措施。
Objective： To explore the role of central venous pressure（CVP） in the treatment of acute myocardial infarction（AMI） combined pump failure.Methods： 32 patients with AMI complicated by pump failure patients,20 males and 12 females,aged 40 to 82 years old.Acute anterior myocardial infarction complicated with pump failure in 23 cases,nine cases of acute inferior myocardial infarction complicated with pump failure.4 cardiac function Killip class,grade IV,11,17 level III,level II hospital to monitor the changes in CVP.Results： Patients with acute breathing difficulties before the onset of CVP more stable condition were significantly increased（P〈0.05）.Conclusions： CVP monitoring is a simple and highly secure hemodynamic monitoring means can be used as AMI complicated monitoring measures in the treatment of patients with pump failure.
