摘要
以淘汰公獭兔为研究对象 ,探讨不同年龄去势对生长速度、屠宰性能和皮肉性能的影响。结果表明 :于 3～ 3.5月龄、2 .5～ 3月龄和 2～ 2 .5月龄去势 ,在 3个月的饲养期内 ,生长速度分别比对照兔提高 1 8.34%( P<0 .0 5)、2 4 .78%( P<0 .0 1 )和 1 7.56%( P<0 .0 5) ;而料重比除了 3～ 3.5月龄去势组比对照兔增加了 2 1 .72 %外 ,其它两组分别降低了 34.42 %和 2 9.54%;去势对屠宰率及肌肉品质未形成明显影响 ;去势后的皮张体积 (面积×皮厚 )
male Rex rabbits were used to study effects of castration at different ages on growth rate,slaughtering performance,meat and fur qualities The results showed that:castration was carried on at 3-3 5 mon,2 5-3 mon and 2-2 5 mon,after a raising period of three months,growth rate increased 18 34%(P<0 05),24.78%(P<0.01) and 17.56%(P<0.05) respectively compared with the corresponding controls.The castrated at 3-3 5 mon had a higher(21 72%) feed gain ratio than that of the control,but that of the other two groups decreased 34 42% and 29 54% respectively.Castration had insignificant effects on dressing percentage,muscle and fur qualities.
