摘要
采用REML方法对海狸色獭兔连续两个世代(2014,2015)繁殖性状的遗传力进行估计,并对各繁殖性状之间进行了相关分析。结果表明:海狸色獭兔的初产仔数(0.267 2)、产活仔数(0.267 2)和初生窝重(0.105 6)属于中低遗传力性状,而泌乳力(0.327 0)属于中等遗传力性状。通过各遗传性状间的相关分析可知:各遗传性状间均具有较高的遗传正相关,可根据此特性对海狸色獭兔母兔进行早期选择。
Using REML method and data files of two continuous generations (2014,2015 ), their heritability of reproductive was estimated,then performed correlation analysis of every reproductive traits. The results showed that primiparous number of born (0.267 2 ), number born alive (0.267 2 ) and primiparous litter number (0.105 6 ) all belonged to low heritability traits, while lactescence (0.327 O) belonged to middle heritibility traits. The correlation analysis of every traits showed that the genetic corre- lations between all the traits were relatively high , and people could select female rabbits
