摘要
目的:建立HPLC测定健脾颗粒中新橙皮苷含量的方法。方法:色谱柱Dikma Diamonsil C18(2)柱(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm),流动相:乙腈-水(25:75),流速:1 mL/min,检测波长283 nm,柱温:30℃。结果:新橙皮苷在10.10-210.40μg/mL范围内呈良好线性关系,r=0.9999,平均回收率99.14%。结论:本方法专属性好,且操作简单,稳定可行,可作为该制剂的质量控制方法。
Objective: To establish a method of HPLC for determination Neohesperidin in JianPi Granule.Methods: Using an Dikma Di amonsil C18(2) column(4.6 mm×250 mm,5 μm).The mobile phases consisted of acetonitrile-water(22 : 78),at 1.0 mL/min flow rate.The detection wavelength was 283 nm.Results:There is a good linearity in the range 10.10-210.40 μg/mL of Neohesperidin(r= 0.9999),The average recovery was 99.14%.Conclusion: The method is specific,and the operation is simple,stable and feasible,can be used as the quality control method.
