摘要
目的 妊高宁Ⅱ号治疗妊高征的实验研究及疗效.方法 将60只Wistar孕鼠随机分5组,50只采用肾外包扎法建立妊高征动物模型,分别给药治疗,测各组孕鼠血压、血栓素(TXB_2)及6-酮-前列腺素F_(1α)(6-K-PGF_(1α))含量.结果 妊高宁Ⅱ号高剂量组与西药对照组及正常孕鼠血压无显著差异,妊高宁Ⅱ号对孕鼠血清6-酮-前列腺素F_(1α)有提高作用,优于西药组;妊高宁Ⅱ号高剂量组和西药对照组对血栓素(TXB_2)均有降低作用.结论 妊高宁Ⅱ号对妊高征有良好治疗作用,并证实了妊高征的病因学说.
ve To investigate the effects of Rengaoning II on edema-hypertension-proteinuria syn-drome(EHP). Methods EHP animal model was established using Wistar rat .The rats were divided into 5 groupsrandomly,and different dose of Rengaoning II as well as other antihypertensive agents were given to each group. Theblood pressure, serum TXB2 and 6k-PGF1α level of each group were measured respectively. Results The bloodpressure showed no significant difference in high dose Rengaoning II group, control group and normal pregnantrat .Rengaoning II can increase the serum 6-k-PGF1α level of pregnant rat; High dose Rengaoning II and westernmedicine group seen a decrease of TXB2. Conclusion Rengaoning II have a good therapeutic effect on EHP .Thisstudy also confirmed the etiology theory of EHP.
