摘要
目的:探讨中西医结合方法治疗妊娠高血压综合征患者疗效。方法:对46例妊娠高血压患者给予25%硫酸镁60ml加人5%葡萄糖1000ml中以1～2g/h的速度静滴,日1次,同时按中医辨证分型给予中药治疗。结果:46例患者,治愈16例(34.78%),好转25例(54.34%),无效5例(10.86%),总有效率89.13%。结论:中西医结合治疗妊高征有协调作用,能提高了疗效,减少西药的用量,从而避免了某些西药对胎儿的不良影响,且疗效甚好。
Objective： To investigate the effect in the intergrative medicine on treating pregnancy-induced hypertension syndrome patients. Methods： 46 patients with hypertension patients were given 60ml of 25% magnesium sulfate with 5% glucose 1000ml and to infusion with the speed of 1 -2g/h once a day, while give the treatment in TCM by classification of TCM. Results： Among the46 patients, 16 cases were cured （34.78%）, 25 patients were improved （54.34%）, 5 patients were invalid （10.86%）, the total effective rate was 89.13%. Conclusion： Treating pregnancy-induced hypertension syndrome in the intergrative medicine has a coordinating role, can improve the effect, reduce the dosage of Western medicine, thereby avoid some adverse effects on the fetus of western medicine, and the effect is very good.
