鸭疫里默氏杆菌的分离鉴定及其二价灭活疫苗的研制 被引量:5

摘要 从云南昆明、山东青岛死亡率高的鸭场的病死鸭中各分离到一株细菌,分别命名为YB080510株和YB080512株。细菌鉴定和血清定型结果表明:YB080510株、YB080512株分别为血清Ⅰ型和血清Ⅱ型鸭疫里默氏杆菌,为国内目前主要流行型菌株,与其他鸭疫里默氏杆菌流行株的同源性为99.2%~100%;分离菌的致病性试验结果表明:两株鸭疫里默氏杆菌均为强致病菌,活菌量为1×109CFU的YB080510株、2×108CFU的YB080512株均可使1月龄健康樱桃谷鸭全部致死。以此YB080510株、YB080512株鸭疫里默氏杆菌制备二价灭活疫苗,每型菌含量为9×109CFU/mL,将此疫苗用5日龄樱桃谷鸭分别进行安全性和效力试验,结果显示疫苗安全、有效,攻毒保护率可达90%~100%(9/10~10/10)。 YB080510 strains and YB080512 strains were isolated from seriously infected ducks in Kunming of Yunnan province and Qingdao of Shandong province. Identification of bacteria and serum test showed that YB080510 strains and YB080512 strains were serotype I and serotype 11 of Riemerella anatipestifer respectively, which being the major domestic epidemic strains. The homology of the two strains was 99.2% - 100% with other epidemic strains of Riemerella anatipestifer. Pathogenicity test showed that the two strains were strongly pathogenic bacteria strains, and all of one- month- old Cherry Valley ducks could be killed by YB080512 strain of 2 x 108 CFU and YB080510 strain of 1 × 109 CFU. We prepared two bivalent inactivated vaccine with the two strains, inwhich each serotype of bacteria were 9 × 109 aged 5days showed that the vaccine was safe (9/10 - 10/10). CFU/mL.
