摘要
六盘山连片特困地区是中国今后10年扶贫开发的主战场,扶贫开发是该地区全面建成小康社会的重要保证。以六盘山连片特困地区的宁夏西海固地区为典型的科技扶贫开发工作具有典型性和启发性,进一步研究该地区科技扶贫开发工作的着力点选择具有战略性意义。
In the next 10 years, the Liupanshan contiguous poor areas is still development-oriented poverty alleviation exploitation in China, the aid-the-poor program is an important guarantee in the construction of well-off society. In this paper, taking the Xihaigu area of Ningxia Liupanshan contiguous poor areas as a pilot area for development-oriented poverty alleviation exploitation reliance on science and technology has typicalness and illuminating. It is a strategic choice that focusing on the future research in the area of poverty alleviation development.
