简述了广东省委、省政府开展"双到"科技扶贫的意义。介绍了水头村开展"双到"科技扶贫的措施和所取得的成效。对开展扶贫工作实践进行了深入思考,并提出了若干建议。
The significance of poverty alle^iation to each household and responsibility to everyone by science and technology in Guangdong province was described here. Its measures and results achieved in Shuitou village were introduced too. The campaign of poverty alleviation practice was deeply thought about, and some countermeasures were put forward.
