摘要
以植物乳杆菌为发酵菌株,研究其对预防鸡大肠杆菌病中药组方不同发酵工艺的临床药效的影响。结果表明,中药配方经完全发酵后不能抵抗大肠杆菌WW1对雏鸡的攻击,而植物乳杆菌发酵陈皮后的中药组方对感染大肠杆菌的雏鸡的保护率达到75%~93.75%,并且低剂量组优于中、高剂量组,每日给药剂量应不超过1 g·kg-1 bw。
In order to investigate the influence of different fermentation method on pesticide effect of traditional Chinese medicine a- gainst chicken colibacillosis, Lactobacillus plantarum strains was used for fermentation. The results show that traditional Chinese medicine after fully fermented cannot protect the chicken against the attack of Escherichia coli WW1. The protection rate of traditional Chinese medicine after Pericarpium citri reticulatae fermented reached 75%- 93.75%, and the low dose group was better than that of the medium and the high dose group. So the daily dose should be no more than 1 g. kg-1 bw.
