The definition of the process and the significance of the process management of the enterprise were described in the paper. It was a detailed description of the concept of administrative management, the classification of business process and the related key process in administrative management. The main methods and steps of the process modeling were also discussed. Finally, the paper studied on how to strengthen the administrative management of enterprise by the management of business process.
