摘要
在研究数据挖掘、流程挖掘与竞争情报关系的基础上,结合农业保险企业竞争情报的需求特点,构建了集成数据挖掘与流程挖掘的农业保险竞争情报过程模型,建立了农业保险企业集成性竞争情报系统模型,并介绍了情报收集模块、情报存储模块、情报生产分析模块和情报服务应用模块等四个主要模块的具体功能。
Based on the study of relationship among Data Mining,Workflow Mining and Competitive Intelligence System,considering the characteristics of agricultural insurance competitive intelligence requirement,the competitive intelligence process model integrated with Data Mining and Workflow Mining is constructed.Then,the integrated Competitive Intelligence System model is built up,and the specific function of four main modules： collecting module,storage module,analytical producing module and serving utilization module is introduced.
