摘要
目的 探讨CT仿真结肠镜显示结肠息肉样病变的能力。方法 将融化的石蜡注入猪大肠粘膜下 ,模拟不同大小的大肠息肉样病变。先行电子结肠镜检查 ,录象和拍照记录息肉形态。再行螺旋CT扫描 ,采用CT仿真结肠镜技术观察结肠息肉 ,将其结果和电子结肠镜比较。结果 和电子结肠镜相比 ,CT仿真结肠镜可确定≥10mm息肉的形态 ,并可满意显示其表面细节 ,也可较满意地确定 5~ 9mm息肉的形态和细节 ,对≤ 5mm息肉的形态和表面细节显示有一定的困难。结论 CT仿真结肠镜作为一种无创伤的影像学检查 ,其显示肠腔内表面结果与电子结肠镜相似 。
Objective To assess the value of CT virtual colonoscopy for the detection of simulated polyps in pig colon.Methods Injecting the smelted wax under the mucosa to simulate the polyps in pig colon, then detected by video colonoscopy and scanned by helical CT. The images were obtained with collimation 3mm、5mm 、10mm and with the table pitch 1 and 2. All images were reconstructed at 1mm intervals.Results The shapes were depicted as follows:those greater than 10mm in diameter polyps were clearly depicted. 5~9mm in diameter polyps were faintly depicted. Those smaller than 5mm in diameter were depicted difficutilty. The details depicted: polyps larger than 10mm in diameter and 5~9mm in diameter were clearly depicted and that smaller than 5mm in diameter were depicted difficultiltly. The images quality lowered with the increasing collimation and pitch.Conclusion CT virtual colonoscopy is a non invasive diagnostic technique. It can show the inner wall of colon as same as video colonoscopy does,and is a good alternative in clinical application.
