摘要
目的 :探讨补肾法对绝经后骨质疏松症患者 IL -6、TNF-α的影响。方法 :3 0例绝经后骨质疏松症患者均采用补肾中药密骨片治疗 ,疗程半年。系统观察治疗前后症状体征 ,骨密度 ,骨代谢生化指标 ,同时检测其 IL-6、TNF-α水平变化。结果 :患者在密骨片作用下 ,骨痛症状明显缓解 ,骨密度增高 ,IL-6,TNF-α水平下降 ( P<0 .0 1 )。结论 :补肾法通过影响细胞因子分泌而达到治疗骨质疏松症的目的。
Objective:To study the effective of Kidney Invigoration on IL 6、TNF α in the menopausal osteoporosis.Methods:30 cases of postmenopausal osteoporosis (OP) were treated with Migu tablet(MGT).The course of treatment was six months.The symptoms,signs,bone mineral density and bone metabolic biochemical indications were observed in treatment before and after.At the same time,the levels of interleukin 6(IL 6) and tumor necrosis factor (TNF α) were measured.Results:It was showed that osteodynia systoms were improved, bone mineral density was increased.The levels of IL-6 and TNF α was lower than that of pretreatment (P<0.01).Conclusion:It was able to evaluate that one of therapeutic mechanism of kidney invigoration decrease IL 6、TNF α secretion of peripheral blood mononuclear leucocyte and inhibit osteoclastic bone absorption.
